&lt;P&gt;He measured a sample i n a tube three times.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Themn he poursed teh same sample in onther tube 2 and 3 and measured again 3 times each.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My question:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a SAS procedure that can calculate&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a) variation of colour measurements from the same tube&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;b) from different tube and&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;c) compare variations between a) and b) is there a significant difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope that you can provide me an example&lt;/P&gt;
