    <description>Thanks. I tried this but my dataset structure is a little different. My dataset (below) consists of a 2 x 3 factorial.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The SAS program I used is:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PROC GLM DATA=flat_north_anova_T plots=diagnostics ;&lt;BR /&gt;CLASS _name_ sys;&lt;BR /&gt;MODEL ET_value= _name_ sys _name_*sys/ SS3 ;&lt;BR /&gt;Means _name_;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;LSMEANS _name_ /PDIFF adjust=tukey;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;run;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is not clear how to modify the dataset to work with your program-in addition it seems that LSMEANS should be used rather than MEANS ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR &lt;P&gt;Seems like you may have a data error as I expect balance with all N's equal.&lt;/P&gt;
