Hello -

I am running a mixed model in JMP 11 (standard) and I am trying to figure out if I can use the standard report output to obtain the values necessary for calculating the marginal and conditional R2s for the model. Has anyone applied the Nakagawa and Schielzeth method for calculating marginal and conditional R2 using the JMP 11 report outputs?

Thanks,

Dhouser
