      <title>Fine-Gray proportional hazards models for competing risk</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;﻿I frequently use the cmprsk package in R to generate Fine-Gray proportional hazards models, but since I normally program in SAS, it's irritating to have to export data out and then open R up and run the models, and then export results from R and import them into SAS so I can use the ODS facility to generate tables in the format I need.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know of a SAS macro that does the same thing the cmprsk package does?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;﻿&lt;A href="http://www.cran.r-project.org/web/packages/cmprsk/cmprsk.pdf"&gt;http://www.cran.r-project.org/web/packages/cmprsk/cmprsk.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but unfortunately that only produces failure rates &amp;amp; the associated test comparing the failure curves.&amp;nbsp; I'm looking for the proportional hazards model portion of the cmprsk package (the crr function).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am planning to work on the same problem by using SAS/IML to call the cmprsk package and then send the output data into Base SAS.&amp;nbsp; One advantage of this would be that when the cmprsk package is updated, the updates should be easy to incorporate into SAS.&amp;nbsp; Calling R routines is available in SAS 9.3 if you have the IML module.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
