How do I book Disney's Magical Express for transport from/to the airport?

Hi.

I'm trying to book transportation from/to the airport with Disney's Magical Express, as it is shown in the Global Forum FAQ.

But...

The Disney Magical Express support just says, that I'm not registered with the hotel, so no luck...

And Conference Direct (or whomever it is that is booking the rooms on behalf of Global Forum) doesn't respond to e-mails.

Any ideas are welcome, as I'm kinda lost 😕

Thomas, you should be able to book the Magical Express AFTER March 10th. Conferenced Direct isn't putting the names on our rooms until March 8th. At that time, Disney Magical Express will have our names and will be able to make reservations.

To my understanding, the disney magical express isnt available since the conference hotel inst owned by disney. Below is a link to the website sent with information on how to book through Mears via a discount.

I reserved a room at the Coronado Springs Resort, which should be eligable for the Magical Express. I still booked the room through the SAS site.

I'll try and book again this weekend, and see if it goes through.

Complimentary shuttle service (Disney’s Magical Express) from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Reservations should be made in advance. For reservations made BEFORE March 10, 2017, contact 407-827-6777 with your flight information starting on March 13, 2017.

The hotels will be downloading their rooming lists on March 10th, so everyone who wants to book using the Magical Express will be able to get in touch with them on March 13th. It is highly recommended you wait until the 13th. If you need to handle before then, our conference direct team is happy to reach out on your behalf to get your confirmation numbers. Great info.

Just to let you know, I actually tried to get in touch with Conference Direct, but they never responded.

I went to the "reserve your hotel now"-site (https://resweb.passkey.com/go/SGF2017SGF), and on the top of that page it says "contact information". I can see, that the e-mail-address on that page does not match the one in the FAQ, so maybe they never got my e-mail...

FYI. Got an email this morning from Disney Destinations with the reservation # and was able to call in and book the Disney Magical Express. Very painless.

Haven't received an email from Disney. Tried to call them yesterday and spent 15 minutes on hold and gave up. So far, I'm NOT impressed.

As others have mentioned, it should be possible to book your ride after the 13th. I haven't received any booking info from Disney or Conference Direct, but I did try and book (again), and this time I got a sort of a welcome message from Disneys Magical Express, so I think you should try and book again.

I thought it was already set up!

I just called Disney and confirmed hotel room.

Disney then connected me to the Magical Express to confirm transportation as well - I had to tell flight # and confirmation # for room.

Thank goodness I read this otherwise I would be hitching a ride with one of you from airport! 😉

Ever since Disney’s Magical Express ended, finding dependable and convenient transportation has been quite a challenge now. I recently came across a private car service called Orlando Superior Transportation .They offer town car service from Orlando Airport to Disney for $94, which seems to be the most affordable rate for a private car so far.
