Just an important reminder for those SASGF 2017 attendees who plan to visit the Disney parks before or after the conference....

You can get discounted Disney tickets via our event website but you must order by March 12.

This site offers exclusive attraction tickets specifically for SAS Global Forum attendees and their families. So if you are planning to arrive before the conference or adding a few days on the end of your travels, plan to enjoy the many exciting theme parks Orlando offers!

The deadline for this offer is midnight, March 12th.

Is the kickback party included in our registration? I just realized it was
at Hollywood Studios which is my fave park, and I'm kinda losing my mind.
I've never been to a conference at Disney where park tickets were actually
included.

Yes @jrudd1 the Kick Back Party is part of your registration. We have time in the park starting at 7 where it will be a mix-in with the public. Then starting at 9 we have five exclusive rides open just for SASGF attendees. There will be a DJ, food and beverage and a free exclusive Fantasmic! Show at 10:30. And we can't forget some of the Disney characters will be there for photos.

All the details are on our event website. We are in the process of updating the times but you can see all the ride details.
