SGF schedule grid or similar

Hi All,

I haven't been to SGF in years, but I feel like at the RUGs they often give you a little PDF calendar grid showing sessions by track and time. And even when they've had a scheduling app or similar, somehow I always end up using the paper to organize my days (and day dream) on the plane ride.

Anyone know if there is such a grid available now (or will be soon)?

Since I was too lazy to submit a talk, I want to volunteer to help out, but I want to request a volunteer slot based on the presentation schedule....

SGF2015 had one last year that was published closer to the start of the Forum.

Thank you for wanting to volunteer at the conference. As at the regionals the SAS Global Forum conference is run by users and volunteers so your help is very much appreciated.

The presentation schedule has been finalized (there may be a tweak or two yet) and has been posted. You can view it at: http://www.sas.com/en_us/events/sas-global-forum/sas-global-forum-2016/program/sessions.html

The agenda builder will be available soon so you can start personalizing your schedule online. The mobile app will also be available soon.

This year there will not be a printed paper schedule. Since I too really like a paper schedule (for me it is probably a negative birthday thing), I am in the process of creating one (using PROC REPORT of course), and when ready, it will be available for printing as a PDF for those who like yourself (and me) want to hold and mark on the paper. Stay tuned we will announce when it is ready.

Hot dog! I am also in the "like to have it on paper" column. I mark my copy up worse than a freshman's first English Comp 101 paper and it is terribly dog-eared by the time I fly home. So, I am looking forward to your creating the grid!

I've got a positive age, but I'll definitely still appreciate your PDF grid when available. Maybe 0 isn't the age cutoff for those who are committed to being 100% paper free, maybe it's closer to 5,000 or even 10,000.

As I read your response, my mind wandered from the schedule grid, to PROC REPORT generation of the grid, to will Art do a coders corner talk on how to generate a schedule grid using PROC REPORT?, to wondering if that the underlying schedule data is available for people to access via URL, in which case could imagine inviting everyone to play around with developing (and sharing) code for different schedule visualizations....
