SAS Programming Professionals,

Louis Pasteur famously stated: "Chance favors only the prepared mind." And, given his great discoveries and accomplishments; who are we to disagree?

If, by chance, you are lucky enough to have time open on Tuesday morning at SAS Global Forum 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada then please take a gamble and join me for my presentation: PROC DATASETS; The Swiss Army Knife of SAS Procedures:

Session ID: 3440

Session Title: PROC DATASETS: The Swiss Army Knife of SAS® Procedures

Session Type: Breakout

Day Scheduled: Tuesday, 4/19/16

Start Time/End Time: 9:30/ 10:20 Location: Bellini 2103/2104

In my session, I will take you from zero to sixty on all-things-PROC-DATASETS in fifty fun-filled, informative minutes. My presentation is designed to provide you with enough information about the many, many functions and capabilities of this very utilitarian SAS procedure that you will be able to reach for it when the time comes. That is; your prepared mind will think "Ah yes, I can do that with PROC DATASETS."

Now that I have milked the Pasteur quote for all that it is worth, I will wish you a safe and pleasant journey to SAS Global Forum 2016; and I will save you a seat in the front row!

I am a "seasoned" SAS programmer and member of the BASUG SC. Mike came to Boston to present PROC DATASETS: The Swiss Army Knife of SAS(r) Procedures for us a couple of years ago. If you're wondering whether this presentation is for you, I can tell you that I found it quite valuable. Even though I consider myself experienced, I learned a lot from Mike's presentation.

Mike, good luck with your presentation. I hope we have a chance to connect in person while we're in Vegas.

Lori

Lori,

Thank you for the kind words!

Yes, I hope that we have an opportunity to meet up at SAS Global Forum.

BTW, I have appreciated your many helpful hints about the scheduling app--they have served to make it better.

Catcha later!
