Hide .Srx Extensions

I have added a SAS WRS 4.2 report to the collection portal in IDP. The Report Link in the Collection Portlet is being displayed with .Srx extension.

Please let me know if there is any option to hide the .Srx extension from the Link in the collection Portlet.

You cannot remove the extension. There is an open suggestion to support this functionality.

Or build a custom portlet that doesnt display it.

Is there any update to this functionality? Or we still can't hide it (the .srx extension) by some change to the configuration properties?

Or use an URL display portlet. You can then format it to look any which way you want.

On the other hand of course you have to write the HTML yourself and maintain the links.
