WRS Hotfix versions are not detected with SASHFADD

I m trying to install Hotfix for WRS, but getting below warning when I selected the path of Hotfix file.

Also I ran SASHFADD.pl to generate the list of Hotfixes installed but in the generated report I did not see any information related to WRS and its hotfix versions.

Please let me know how to check the WRS hotfixes installed on our Linux machine.

I have also tried to check by selecting Rebuild web application option in SAS Deployment Manger, but no products are listed as shown below.

I would suggest generating a DeploymentRegistry report for each machine in your environment.
