      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Having an issue this afternoon where users cannot connect to Web Report Studio.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Troubleshooter shows "The remote device or resource won't accept the connection".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WRS was completely restarted, but still same issue. Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have problems, use this order in restarting your services:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Metadata Server (if you can't even connect with EG or SMC)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Object Spawner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- OLAP Server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- SAS Remote Services&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Web Application Server (jboss). WRS is a web app served by the application server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
