surface a named set in IM ?

I have 9.1.3 still, so to get around using filters in WRS with OLAP as a source , I created named sets straight into the cube. Would this surface in an Information Map?
I tried finding a note on this to see whether this is possible. I could surface calculated members so I am wandering if named sets are possible.
Thanks.
You should be able to create a new data item that references a named set. For example, my named set is called NA. In Information Map Studio, I select to create a new data item, select OLAP category as the type, and enter the following into the expression field: {[NA]}
