Can anybody tell me how to calculate YTD in SAS VA starting from April month till March as per indian fiscal year.

Did you try using the custom code to get your result. Please provide what you have done so far.

According to this post the periodic functions in VA can only handle calendar years - an enhancement is planned but is not yet available. The workaround is to add a column to your data tracking financial year prior to loading into VA. If you want help setting this up please advise.

Release 8.2 offers the ability to create a fiscal year. See Cumulative Period in the user's guide:

Check the whats new in VA7.4

it says:

The CumulativePeriod operator for aggregated measures now enables you to customize the starting month for each year (for example, to calculate year-to-date based on the fiscal year for your company).
