Error when importing SPK Files with VA Reports

I'm getting an error when I import my folder that contains VA Reports

Error shows this:

501:Not Implemented' error while accessing
'http://<server>:80/SASContentServer/repository/default/sasfolders/<foldername>'

Any leads on how to troubleshoot this? Is this some permissions related? I'm using sasadm@saspw to import the spk files.
