    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Madelyn,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we don't have any error. We've checked the&amp;nbsp;query-server-error.log and the&amp;nbsp;information-retrieval-studio-server.log files.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, we manage to solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was related with the licence.&amp;nbsp;We missed to apply the command: "&lt;EM&gt;/opt/sas/sasbin/SASDeploymentManager/9.4/sasadm.sh -console"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rodrigo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <title>Search Interface to SAS Content error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are facing an issue with the Search Interface to SAS Content.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help us?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rodrigo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please consider below the description of the error, the investigation and actions done:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Description:&lt;/STRONG&gt; all VA content are not displayed in the web application (explorations, favorites, collections, browse … etc) - screenshot bellow.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Investigation: &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) we received an e-mail with the following error: "Search Interface to SAS Content encountered error while feeding the content to the Indexing Server";&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) we have noticed that the SAS Information Retrieval Studio Server is NOT up;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) we have seen the following messages in the &lt;U&gt;SASSearchService.log&lt;/U&gt; log: "...Indexing process failed with search service exception" and "A search error occurred. SAS IR Studio is not available."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4)&amp;nbsp;we detected that the script IRStudio.sh in the folder /opt/sas/sasconfig/Lev1/Applications/SASInformationRetrievalStudioforSAS is&amp;nbsp;empty;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Actions:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) we follow the &lt;A href="http://support.sas.com/kb/55/697.html" target="_blank"&gt;Problem Note 55697&lt;/A&gt; and reproduced all the steps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) we did the integral restart of all the servers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even after the actions the problem still persists.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
