Interaction is not working in VA viewer while working in Designer mode

hello

i'm facing a strange problem when building interaction between one cross table and one list table in the same section.

the 2 table use different data source, and when i build interaction, i mapped variable each other.

then when i test in Designer model, it works well, i click one record in cross table, corresponding information shows in list table.

however, when i switch to Viewer mode, it doesn't work, always see no data show and ask me to check.

i tried to look through interaction set up and filter set up, can not find wrong, since if it is wrong, in designer mode, it will not work as well.

can someone guide me on this? maybe i did something wrong but i really have no idea.
