&lt;P&gt;is it you or also other Mobile BI users who is getting the connection problem? How are you connecting to the server?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I agree with Kurt, I think it is a good idea to put your network guys and your SAS VA admin working together "in the same room" .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Connection problem solved now, Connected through VPN and active with Pulse secure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now getting message while connecting " Insufficient information to fullfill the request".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would be the possible cause ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Br,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mrityunjay kumar&lt;/P&gt;</description>
