No user list under Add Recipients window

Hello,

I am fairly new to SAS VA, I tried to export a report by using Distribute Reprots->New Report Job->Add Recipients, but there is no recipients listed in the window. Could you please let me know the reason why there is nothing displayed in the window? thanks.

Hi Xiumei,
