I had a similar issue with the target pointer in VA when your bars either cross the target or are on target ..

what you can do instead is create a custom chart having

- one stacked bar chart

- and another light colored and broader width bar chart for your targets ..

so at the tip of the target bar you can show measure value

I want to make the barchart stacked, but when I do that, my graph looks like NeXT Picture:

The small target pins is missing.

I have tried to build at custom graph in the graph builder, but not with succes.

Anyone who know how to solve this?
