Can anyone help me with how much data,rows we can process on SAS VA production server?

Eh how on earth do you expect us to answer that with zero information on about your data and requirements and physical environment?

The upper limit is how much physical memory you have allocated to your LASR libraries, although it would be very poor practice to try to fill it completely...

From system requirements documentation:
