Aggregate on Specific group by

Hi All,

Could any one suggest how to get aggregate percenatge dynamically (sum of percentage for each year should be 100%).

For reference i have attached snapshot.

Temperorary i have created aggregation however i want that should be in dynamic so if we apply any filter or drill down further or any control it should have cumulative 100% for each year .

Please suggest.
