Alert Based Email

I want to send alert mail to people when total head count is greater than 100 i have already createred alert on toal head count field

and expression is used total head count > 100 and in scbscription and notification tab Recipient is also added but mail is not going and scheduled it for every 5 min.

Also if I do it from Distribute Report mail is going to same guy to whom i added to Recipient list.

can any one tell me how to generate alerts

@ashishj816SAS alert notifications option uses the default preferance which would have been set as Portal(by default) from 7.1 onwards.

The administrator can change the default to either E-mail or Users can set their alert preferences within SAS Visual Analytics Designer or SAS Visual Analytics Viewer using the Preferences option on the File menu.
