Is there any fix for ghost tables in SAS VA 7.3?

I know the term ghost tables from databases and there these are the "tables" containing change records to a table before a commit has been issued.

I never heard about ghost tables in relation to SAS. Can you please elaborate where you've got that from? And why you are expecting a ghost table fix for VA 7.3?
