Hi,

I am using SAS Mobile BI App but I am able to login using SASDEMO user credentials but we are unable to login using our LDAP username and password. getting popup as ID or Password is incorrect. what can be done in this situation.

Hi Nishant,

can you log in with LDAP credentials to VA thorugh the normal web browser or to the SAS Management Console?

You can enable log reporting with: http://support.sas.com/kb/52/874.html

With no more intention than as a heads up of what can happen there, and just a guess, you might be missing a good configuration on Web Authentication, or PAM (in case your server is Linux).

PS. You might want to have this topic on the Administration & Deployment community. This community is more related to the usage than the administration or technical questions, so you might find less people able to answer this question.
