Hi @jwhite,

Starting with VA 7.3, a new admin report called "Relationship report" has been made available and I think it does what you are looking for. This report provides very basic lineage and dependency information for selected object types.

Datasets Report?

Good Afternoon All,

I'm curious if there is a report of some nature in VA that will tell us what datasets are being used in which VA reports.

Anyone aware of such a feature?

Thanks!

Is there a feature in SAS VA 7.1 which provides similar information?

We are looking at finding reports which used the same datasets. So that when we updated/changed the datasets, we know which reports need to be updated as well.

Thanks

I believe that you can use the batch tools. Here is a blog on the topic:

http://blogs.sas.com/content/sgf/2015/03/04/relationships-are-easy-for-sas-objects/

The tools are documented in the SAS Intelligence Platform: System Administration Guide

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/bisag/68240/HTML/default/viewer.htm#p12rspweeziuktn1dkxb24p8g9ez.htm
