    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I assume by "SAS Administrator" that you are logging in with sasadm@saspw?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This user will not have an OS account, and so can't spawn a workspace session, to run the code to start the LASR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try with the account used to install, sasinstall or sas or something similar. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll need an account with OS and metadata permissions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>starting the LASR Server</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble starting the Lasr Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I'm logged in as Administrator ,and in the Manage envirnoment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try starting the LASR Server i get the following error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user "SAS Administrator" could not log on to the server "SASApp - Logical Workspace Server". No valid identity could be found for the authentication domain "DefaultAuth".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could I please get assistance with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
