Hey everyone!

We are on VIYA 4. - Long-Term Support 2025.09

We have created a report with multiple pages, it is aggregated data, and have guest access. The idea is to put this into canvas mode, and let it stay on multiple larger monitors in our office.

It is similar to this: https://blogs.sas.com/content/sgf/2018/12/03/how-to-create-a-playable-dashboard-with-sas-visual-analytics/

The issue is, that even though this feature seems to be made for this, the VA session still times out, and logs out.

I would think that there would be an option to disregard guest users, or guest users in play mode, but we have had no luck locating such an option.

We have tried a bit with browser addons to reloads etc, but that reloads the report, and there doesn't seem to be any direct link possible to put the report into "play" mode.

Does anyone here have any idea on how to solve this?
