SAS Visual Analytics report level filters 2024.09

Dear All,

We recently upgraded out application to LTS 2024.09 version. After upgrading we are not seeing the Data filter option from Data Source Menu. I would like to filter some data, so filtered data would be shown on the overall report instead of filtering from each and every object.

Let me know if anyone has come across this scenario and if you figured out a solution? Looking forward, Thank you.

Hi,

In edit mode, you should be able to see a "Apply data filter" function on data source menu that can help you filter the data source directly, which will apply to all the objects on your VA reports. I hope this information helps! Thank you!

Dear Henry,

Thank you so much for the information, this really helps. I figured out if the data is in Guest library, I am able to see this option. For the data in Public library, we are not getting this option. I will work with Admin team to see how they can enable this functionality for the Public tables.
