about importing oracle, mysql tables in Visual Analytics

Hi,

We´ve got a problem on importing oracle/mysql tables in VA.

>Suddenly we haven´t the options to import them.

We only can import xlsx, csv files or sas files.

Any idea how to solve this, because the connectors are working,

because we load and unload tables of these engines in the LSR.

but can´t import new mysql or oracle tables.

Check the Visual Analytics roles. Someone could have removed the capabilities that enabled you to import from those databases. Those capabilities are under the Self-Service Import category.
