how can I get INSIGHTTOY_HOW datsets and use it for some analysis and visualization. It would be helpful anyone can guide me.

You can download the main INSIGHT_TOY_DEMO data set here:

http://support.sas.com/documentation/onlinedoc/va/8.1/insightToyDemo.zip

I'm not sure if INSIGHTTOY_HOW is a variation of this or if it's the same thing.

If you are using SAS Viya for Learners the INSIGHTTOY_HOW dataset is preloaded. In the data pane just search for "insight"and you'll see it. It also is available when you are using a SAS Education Virtual Learning Environment (aka Virtual Lab) for the course SAS Visual Analytics 1.
