SAS VA Dashboard Reflection

Hi team,

I have dashboard in SAS VA, in Admin Login and other users able to see dashboard properly as shown in below,

however one user having below interface,

unnecessary forward arrow added to this reports name since this user only have read access.

I am using SAS VA 8.3 version.

That's pretty unusual. Is there anything different this user is doing from other users, like accessing in a different web browser or on a mobile device?
What happens if they clear their browser cache?
Can they try accessing using a private/incognito browser tab?

Are you using a custom theme? I think this somewhat resembles a theming problem. If you are using a custom theme, can you temporarily turn it off and see if the user still sees the arrows?

@Madelyn_SAS Actually we dont use any custom themes over here.
