SAS VA on Viya when choosing export detailed data nothing happens

Hello!

I recently faced some trouble trying to export reports detailed data. When I choose export detailed data two of the things happen:

a. Absolutely nothing, when I click Ok button, SAS VA works as usual, but no exported data

b. Exports only one row. Sometimes when I spam the button or change rows number, new excel report downloads with only one row.

Maybe someone encountered this problem and can help?

Which release of SAS Visual Analytics are you using?

This problem could be related to the size of the detailed data. How many columns and rows does the data source contain?

My data has 71 columns and 10 million rows

I really suspect the problem is the size of the table. If you enable the browser's developer tools, you should be able to see more information on the Network tab about what is happening. Possibly the report-data log might have something as well.
