Difference in periods of aggregated measure

I have a cross-tab which contains a number of aggregated measures, below is the calculation for the 'Yield' measure:

I've used the 'Reporting Year' as a column so that we can see the current and previous year values side by side:

What I now need to do is add another measure which shows the difference between the current and previous year values, I've tried using the Parallel Period Operator but get a 'Nested aggregated expressions are not supported'. I've also found the same problem if I try to create separate Aggregated Measures for each year.

Any idea how I can show the difference?

just an idea, as I am working on an older VA Version (7.5) so that I can't try the idea myself:

In the article SAS Visual Analytics Advanced Calculations (part 3... - SAS Support Communities

there is a section "Creating an aggregated data source".

In this section is stated "Calculated items and aggregated measures become regular measures in the output table and can be used in new aggregated items and aggregated measures expressions."

Maybe you can use this to reach your goal.
