In the SAS ECM, when selecting from a drop down in Part F, it displays a vague error: ERROR. The smr contains 250 records. We are unable to trace the error because it does not have unix logs or database logs.

I do not think you are in the right board.

SAS ECM = SAS^® Enterprise Case Management. (to investigate incidents, attach documentation, and record exposure and losses for any type of financial crime that poses a risk to your organization.)

I think you need to post under 'Solutions / Risk and Fraud'.
I would move it, but I am not sure where to put it exactly.

Anyway, 'Visual Analytics' board is not the right one!

I have been told that you should open a track with SAS Technical Support for an Enterprise Case Management issue.
