Error while saving report in Visual Analytics

Hello, I would like some help with this problem.

When saving a report in Visual Analytics, this pop-up showed. I tried to open the same report on another tab but it can't be loaded. I refresh the report on the first device but it didn't load too.

This pop-up showed when I open it in another tab, and when I click yes, it either stuck on the opening report or failed to load it.

Is there any way to recover the report?

I have SAS Viya 3.5 and SAS Visual Analytics 8.5.2. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Any special symbols or special characters in the loaded data?

For example : the issue can be caused by the EURO Symbol in the data. By changing € to the word "euro" it is solved.

Does the percent symbol count?
I have data with a column format as a percentage, but the data itself is only float number.

No. The percent sign is not a problem.

There should be another reason!

You can also contact Technical Support in your country if you cannot sort it out.
