Locate and use URL for pdf file on SAS server

Hi,

I have been trying to connect an image as a button link to PDF file. The file is located on the SAS server itself.

I used the URL from the Chrome adress line and placed the address in the Image>Actions>Url Links.

It works till the first reload of the browser. After the reload, pressing on the image results a message "ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND"

Please advise the right way to get the URL to the file.
