Can we embed SAS VA application to some other application and what is the procedure ?

You can use the VA SDK to embed reports or individual report objects into a website or web application:

The documentation I linked to contains some examples.

Why don't you give it a try and then let us know if you have trouble. I don't personally have much experience with the VA SDK but I imagine that others here could help.
