Sum of the values in calculated item in SAS Va

Pls help regarding the below thing :

I have the variables as follows :

d_com p_pending

0 1

0 0

1 1

So in Visual analytics i want the total count of the variables alone.

I checked as follows as calculated data item :

if(d_com = 1) then return 1 else 0;

And then I converted to Category because I want to create hierarchy. But it shows the values as 1 and 0 again. I just want total in hierarchy. How to do it..? Pls help.

You probably need to create an aggregated measure based on your calculated item so that it will sum up.
