How do I create a plot with Time axis of Time plot with month values of 3-6-9-12

How do I create a plot with Time X axis of Time plot with values of 3-6-9-12 rather than the default of months 1-7.

The date in the origin data apperas as 2020-01-31.

When using format YYMM8. The Line plot X axis appers ok (months 3-6-9-12 )yet in the Time plot is not ok - has months 1-7.

The format YYQC5. was not helpfull.
