How and where to get the userid and password

The top 2 lines of the program are:
/*create user password here*/
libname ABC ORACLE user="&userid" password="&abc_pass" PATH='ABC';

I don't see where userid and abc_pass was declared and I don't see a include file. Where does the program get the userid and password? And how?

What program are you talking about?

Does the program work anyway? If so then the macro variables are created by some other code that runs before the posted code runs. Perhaps via autoexec file.
