Flash doesn't expire until 31 Dec so I doubt that would be the cause. Since VA 7.1 will still require Flash after 31 Dec (only VA 7.5 or Viya VA is completely de-Flashed) you will need to ensure it is not removed or deactivated.

Hi @kranthi214

While TS would be the best to answer this query based on the diagnostics they have performed, but do you see slow performance for all the users in the system or only a group of them? Based on my past experience working with SAS Web applications, initially apps take a bit of time to build cache and could be a bit slow, later it's normal.

Did you try changing browsers, machines, users at different network locations to determine if this a common cause for everyone? This can help better determine the root cause and finding a solution for it.
