Dear Petri,

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. Actually I also created using with "Frequency" as measure and in the Data Tip Values section I have included the original measure. Even I am getting pie slices for zero/missing values too. what ever you are saying it's 100% correct.
But when I selected "Actual Values" section I am able to see for missing/zero departments it's showing as 1. where as it should be zero (0).
Kindly suggest.

Ok,

I don't quite understand the problem you have. Could you please provide a picture to showcase the issue. Here is my Pie chart including Category labels and Actual values. At least these look correct to me.
