topic Audit in SAS Visual Analytics

Hello all. I'm using VA 7.4. I wasn't sure where to post this question. I have an upcoming audit where I need to be able to show each VA user's access to individual data elements within the VA reports. Currently, users are assigned to a group based on their role at our organization. I also use Access Control Templates to set an access level on the Visual Analytics reports.

I need to know the name of the VA reports that all SAS users have access to AND I need to know the data elements that are being USED by each VA report. I can determine the first requirement by using the sas-relationship-reporter.exe, SAS Environment Manager, and/or querying metadata. However, I can't seem to figure out which data elements are actually being USED by the VA report. I feel like this information may be stored in metadata somewhere because when I am using VA Report Designer, on the Data tab there is an option that I can select that reads, "Only Show Used Items". I'm hopeful that there is an automated way to find this information because doing this manually for each user will be extremely tedious and time consuming.

Thanks for reading.
