Hello.

Every time when etl fails either or sas service restarts or another some failure happens we get problem with reports in VA. It means all data source in reports get crashed and we have to fix it every time that really annoying and such a waste of time. This occurs only in test environment, prod env seems to be ok.

How this may be fixed? What supposed to decide this issue?

I will appreciated any recommendation or help

Hi @Alex91

SAS VA stores data In-Memory and it is quite possible that the issues that you are encountering is due to the fact that your In-Memory data is flushed out at every restart of the server.

You may consider the Auto load functionality to reload the data without manual intervention :

https://documentation.sas.com/?docsetId=vaag&docsetTarget=n0nm6qjzfz4eban1237qqrcmxz0j.htm&docsetVersion=7.5&locale=en

Regards,
