Hi All,

I have recently cleared SAS DI Studio Certification. I am looking next to SAS VA Certification(A00-276).

Is USer Guide is enough material to go for SAS VA Certification?

I haven't tried VA but the Base Certification Prep guides were awesome and provided value way beyond the certification itself. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like those kind of books are available for VA, probably because it's such a new exam.. So the User Guide / documentation is your fallback, plus the official SAS test questions!

Yes I know SAS and I have cleared BASE SAS, ADVANCE SAS and SAS DI certification.

Just want to know is it fine if i go by studying User guide only for SAS VA?

Yes i have cleared it. I used fast track course of SAS DI. I covers 80 percent.

I have the Fast Track book 2009 edition provided by my company. Is it efficient to study it and clear the exam with the same percentage you had? or, Do I have to get the latest edition of this book? And what is the latest edition?

Hi,

It won't be sufficient. You have to look into old questions in internet.
It won't cover 100 percent of syllabus. Look at videos. I took chance. It
was a risk.
