Changing the text according to a measure

Hi I'm building a budget dashboard in which I have to show in the text object if the expense is higher or lower than the budget in percentage. I want to make a dynamic text inside text object which will change according to positive or negative value of (budget-expense) .

You will have to provide more detail - especially the VA version so we can know if that's Viya or not.

Are you after something like documented here ?

The SAS VA version is 7.4

Do you mean to create a Key Value as described here: https://blogs.sas.com/content/sgf/2018/06/29/key-value-object-in-sas-visual-analytics/

If so, in 7.4 you can abuse the Pie chart for it.

Else, please try to explain what you want to achieve with a visual example :). Changing whole parts of text when a measure is positive of negative can be quite challenging.
