SAS VA not loading in Google chrom , firefox except internet explorer post reverse proxy confg.

Hi ,

We have implemented reverse proxy.

1.Post reverse proxy now we are able to use SAS VA in internet explorer properly but in google chrome and firefox it keeps on loading only.

2.apart from above while we try to use report viewer it throws line 8 error.

is there any solution for these issues.

Hi @ASHISH2525,

That's strange that it works in IE and have issues with other browsers. Could you please try to close all the existing sessions, clear browser cache and try again?

Implementation of reverse proxy involves quite a number of steps to be followed properly. Kindly check if by any chance, if you have missed any step. If not, would suggest to raise a TS track for this issue, reason being configurations made manually could differ across environments making it harder to troubleshoot.
