SAS VA Distribution Reports : Emails are getting delay / not sent

Hi,

We are using SAS VA 7.4 , while distributing reports sometimes user do not get the mail or get it with some delay.

What can be the root cause for it and solution ?

Here is a SAS Note on troubleshooting distribtution:

In your case, I would check the Hyperlink log that captures a time that the distributions were not received.

Information about distribution execution is logged in the SASVisualAnalyticsHyperlink.log. This log is located in SAS-configuration-directory/Lev1/Web/Logs/SASServerx_y/.

Note that a delay sounds like it might be your email server.
