How can animate a gif image in SAS Report Viewer on SAS Viya...

I designed a dashboard on SAS Explorer and Visualizer on SAS Viya,

I dragged and drop a gif image and this is animated.

When I publish the dashboard in SAS Report Viewer on SAS Viya, the image doesn't move, I mean, it doesn't work.

I am on SAS Viya.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Hello Jose,

I am seeing the same behavior in VA 8.3.

I believe that this issue will go away in the next release, for what that is worth.

In the meantime, try putting the URL of your GIF image in a Web Content object.

For me, this workaround seems to work, although some image hosts can be problematic in the Web Content object.
