sas va error

we are using sas 9.4 m3 with sas va 7.1 and model risk management application 6.1 on linux vm.

when users open sas va hub they receive below error.

An error occurred during service request.

Service: userService/getLogThreshold>>error

Error: Proxy Error

Thanks. i am not sure why but that log didn't update when error happened, but SASVisualAnalyticsTransport7.2.log did.

Thanks. Interestingly, if i run proc setinit from metadata (./sas -nodms) - it shows expiration date is 2019 (as we applied sas licenses few weeks back) - but when i see it from sas mc - it shows its already expired (last month 2018)? - we did physical file system backup sometime back + sas metadata backup - is it something we will have to apply license one more time?

Updating the license is a two-step process when certain solutions are involved, including Visual Analytics.

I believe all you need to do is follow the instructions to Update the SID File or Files in Metadata for Applicable SAS Solutions from the Software License Renewal instructions. You can find a link to the documentation for your operating system in this note
